 The Bravo team can be found enjoying lattes and smoothies while hard at work at our headquarters in Richmond, BC. Our office, training centre and showroom is open Monday to Thursday, 8:30AM – 4:30PM. 8:30AM – 4:00PM on Friday. Feel free to come down and try out the latest in espresso equipment and accessories, sample our coffees, teas and other yummy products.

James Moore – Chief Espresso Officer (CEO)
James’ background in the coffee industry is more than just sales. He began working with Bravo in the service department, and eventually came to purchase the company with his brother and business partner, Wayne Wright, in 2007. Whether you’re in the market for a new espresso machine, accessories or even just beans, it’s safe to say that James knows what we do inside and out!
Wayne Wright – Surgeon General
Wayne has been performing operations and surgeries to repair and rejuvenate espresso machines and espresso equipment for almost 10 years, and has always been involved with the beverage industry. Wayne acquired the company in 2007 with James, and since then has revamped the service department to include a more efficient dispatch system for equipment in need, as well as a fully stocked parts department and repair centre.
Stephanie Wagner – Espresso Princess
Steph is a Bravo veteran that returned to the scene after a few years of soul searching. Now heading up the Marketing and Product Sales department, Steph is representing the best we have to offer in accessories, syrups and beverages, coffee and teas. A philanthropist at heart, Steph keeps Bravo involved where it matters most – the community. Watch for Bravo handing out coffees at a community event near you!
Mark Ali – MacGuyver
Affectionately also known as “Rico Suave”, Mark came to Bravo in 2008. He has an extensive past with the coffee industry in coffee equipment repairs. Mark has worked for several different establishments in the industry, including Café Classics, Equiplus and Seattle’s Best/Snowbean. Mark is the coffee brewer and blender guru, and is a seasoned pro when it comes to Espresso Machines too! |
