Our service department is available during regular office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30am. Service appointments are highly recommended, and can be made by calling our service department at 604-232-9272 extension 2. We also have an after-hours emergency service pager available by calling 604-788-6558.
We highly recommend having regular scheduled maintenance appointments made in order to ensure the highest output of espresso drinks from your machine. Depending on how much the machine is used, it should be receiving service every three to six months.  Call our service department to learn more about regular maintenance and if your machine is due for its next service!
Training
Training is an integral part of making the best cup of coffee you’ve ever tasted! We offer full training on all of the equipment we provide, ensuring you are familiar with the operation of the machines, as well as recipes, techniques and tricks of the trade! We will do a full installation with any commercial machine purchase, and can include training with your staff as well. It’s important to know how to pull that perfect shot of espresso to keep your customers coming back! With a little help from our friends, we’re able to provide scheduled appointments for latte art training too! |
